Hi everyone I’ve recently been diagnosed with stomach cancer was supposed to have an operation to remove my stomach but unfortunately it’s spread to my pancreas and I have been told I’m terminal so I thought I would go to Spain for a holiday with my wife but can’t seem to get insurance anywhere can someone help or recommend anyone

Unfortunately, as you've found, it can be more difficult to get travel insurance when you've had a cancer diagnosis so I'm going to recommend that you join us over in the travel insurance group.
To join just click on the link I've created and, once you've joined, look for the thread called 'Recommended Travel Insurance' as it's where the majority of recommendations are to be found. There are lots of recommendations in the thread so it's best to compile a list and then sit down with a big cup of tea and start phoning
