I'm in total shock, we put her difficult breathing down to her bad sinuses, then af the weekend her breathing became worse and was omitted to hospital for 4 days, some tests done , then to find out how good her lungs are with a breathing test, they said there is a mass on lung about 80mm but no mention of cancer. Then a letter arrived from mum's doctor saying she had Cancer.

Hi Cazzz and welcome to the Online Community but so sorry to hear about your mum’s diagnosis.
A cancer diagnosis like this in the family can be such a challenging and stressful time but getting support from others who are dealing with the ‘exact same' cancer type and support challenges can help a lot.
Has your mum bern told the exact type of cancer she has?….. having a mass around her lungs could be due to a few different types of cancer so it’s hard to direct you to the best support group for both you and your mum without knowing the exact type of cancer.
