Hi
My wife was diagnosed with LPL 18 months ago and has 1 ot of chemo which seems to have helped but its the associated problems she is experiencing, tinnitus, peripheral neuropathy affecting her mobility.
I have reduced my working hours so I can help out more and to enable her to get to hospital appointments.
But sometimes I just get so down but try not to show it to her. I am trying to get us back to Dorset so I can have help from extended family. But feel like the whole world is against us . Keep a smile on my face even though my wife say we should go to Dorset so I'm not alone when she's gone. How do others fooe sorry for the negatives but feels could to put it in words sometimes.
Thank you for listening
Mark
Hi again Mark Syrus1066 there are lots of areas where you can talk with others.
The Non-Hodgkin lymphoma group has people who understand the NHL journey.
You could connect in our general Carers only support group where you will connect with others navigating the same support challenges.
Lymphoma Action run monthly Support Platforms with a few groups for carers..... I highly recommend these groups as there is nothing better than talking with other who have walked the journey.
They also have a Lymphoma helpline on 0808 808 5555 where you can talk with someone and get support - open every week day from 10 till 3.
I am always around in the NHL group to help out as best as I can.
Hi Mike
