Had 9 wonderful years with my beautiful and very active partner, living our best life and making plans for growing old together, our world has been destroyed by the diagnosis and subsequent progression of her stage 4 diffused glioblastoma. Inoperable and incurable and now she is hospitalised and bedridden. Struggling to see any future without her if I'm honest as i know it will take her eventually, just don't know where to turn or who to turn to for the support i need and will need further down the line. Feeling very isolated
Hi Dave DB and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
I'm sorry to read about your partner and I know how hard this must be for you both.
As the online community is divided up into different support groups, I'm going to recommend that you join the supporting someone with incurable cancer group as this will give you the opportunity to talk to others in a similar position and to give and receive support.
To join just click on the link I've created and, once you've joined, you can start a new post in the same way as you did here, and join in with existing conversations by clicking on reply.
Sending virtual (((hugs)))
