Re Help with body to report GP.

Evening, I am new on here but survived mouth & Neck Cancer in 2001.Now,waiting for a biopsy (2nd) for Prostrate Cancer and a MRI to see if Cancer is back in my mouth the appointment yesterday cancelled machine broke, No new appointment given..

I wish to know the body or organisation I can contact as I was, treated very badly by a, GP and she broke (2chances given) the NHS Constitution by not giving me any help with either physical or mental health problems.
