Hi Doodies mum and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
I'm sorry to read that your mum has just been diagnosed with cancer and I know what a difficult time this will be for the whole family.
As the online community is divided up into different support groups, I'm going to recommend that you join the lung cancer group, which is a great place to ask questions and share experiences around treatment, and also either the carers only group, if you are your mum's carer, or the family and friends group, if you're not her carer. Both of these last two groups are safe and supportive places to discuss your worries and emotions with other people who are looking after a loved one living with cancer.
I've assumed that your mum's primary cancer is lung and that the liver and bone cancers are secondary. If I've got that wrong, please let me know and I'll give you direct links to the relevant groups.

It would be great if you could pop something about your mum's diagnosis and tests so far into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway.
