Hi, after drinking alcohol I’ve noticed I get aches under my armpits and occasionally in my neck. I have no noticeable lumps, and have a lot of ongoing health problems, I’m diagnosed with POTs and erythromolegia so I do have other symptoms along side this. I have actually had a scan under my right auxiliary when at breast clinic this was normal. However I did doctor google and apparently this can be a symptom of lymphoma. It does make me wonder if anyone else has suffered from this. What would be causing the pain in my lymph nodes? Or is this just normal after having a drink?
Hi charlotte345677 and welcome to the Community.
Sorry to hear about the challenges and concerns you are having.
Pain from drinking alcohol is indeed a 'rare' symptom of Hodgkin's Lymphoma and you can see this in This Story, but becoming alcohol resistant can be down to other health problems. You need to keep working with your GP to find out what is going on.
