Hi its for my partner she has a large hole in her left breast bleeding some times she will not go see a doctor// hospital at all I don't no wot to do at all about seeking advice

I'm sorry to read that you're worried about your partner and it must be very difficult for you if you feel she needs medical help and she doesn't want it.
It might be an idea to phone the Macmillan Support Line on 0808 808 0000 to discuss your concerns with one of the nurses. They are available every day between 8am and 8pm.
