Hey all i am new . I have been looking for a group to join as I have been diagnosed with cervical cancer and going for surgery on the 23rd march taken forward from 30th little scared of the surgery and recovery any help and wee chat would help
Has anyone had the surgery I am going for please
Hi Loveisintheair23 and welcome to our family - though one we might prefer to see nobody need.
If you look at Cervical cancer forum you may find many who have a similar journey to you. My wife is the one with cancer, I am just a passenger on the journey.
Janice has quite a lot of experience of surgery, it is often scary but often worth noting that there are lots of people who have had surgery - but it is different when it is you or someone you love.

I help out in the cervical cancer group, which I see you have already joined. Please feel free to put a post in there as you did in this group, and we will do our best to help you out.
We have different experiences in the group with treatment and surgeries for cervical cancer so if you can let us know a little about yourself in the group and tell us what surgery you are having, there will be others who can share their experiences. We are very friendly and open, and I hope we’ll see you introduce yourself and be able to have some support from us,
