Thank you Linnyy and highlander,  It gets a bit ;lonely in my own head: I get to the point of analysis paralysis.  There something about journaling which really helps to break that chain of internal/loop track thought.

To share with my friends I am hesitant: I just do NOT want to be viewed as the walking dead. I am just now starting to have a glimpse of the phrase: This cancer will not define me...

As a musician I do know this:

I now have much more to express in music.

And now for the good news!

Lots of snow has fallen this winter in California.  For us backpackers we are totally grateful.  The high mountain streams (4k to 8k feet elevation) and the underground aquafirs will be refreshed!

  • Hi again Chris  I live in the Highlands of Scotland so our snow is just starting to coming to an end but it sounds great in California at the meeting meant….. enjoy your adventures.

Talking with people who understand the journey is very important. I have been on my incurable blood cancer journey for over 23 years now so it’s all part of life and definitely does not define me.

I have no real understanding of Prostate Cancer so I would recommend that you join and post in our dedicated Prostate cancer support group. This is the place to connect with others who are navigating the exact same journey,

You can find all the joining info through the link below to your first post on the site.

Do take care and as always around to help out as best as I can.
