Good morning, I am currently living living with cancer which at present is stable. I would welcome any suggestions on where I may obtain reasonably priced travel insurance to visit my relatives in the USA.

That's great to read that your cancer is currently stable and a trip to the USA sounds lovely. Unfortunately, it can be more difficult to find reasonably priced travel insurance when there is a cancer diagnosis involved.
As the online community is divided up into different support groups, I'm going to recommend that you join us over in the travel insurance group which is a great place to look for recommendations. Once you've joined look for the thread called 'recommended travel insurance' as that's where you'll find the majority of recommendations all in one place.
