Hi
i’m new on here having recently been diagnosed with recurrent endometrial cancer in left para-aortic lymph node. Can’t be biopsied and they want to start 5 weeks radical radiotherapy with two sessions of chemo cisplatin.
I’m 6 weeks into in a new job with a tied house and can’t afford to take either the physical hit or the financial hit of starting this treatment
Anyone else had similar experience who can share how the treatment affects you? I’m 66

Hi CKate and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
I'm sorry to read that you've recently been diagnosed with recurrent endometrial cancer and it's natural that you'd want to find out how others have got on with the treatment you're about to start.
As the online community is divided up into different support groups, I'm going to recommend that you join the womb cancer group which is a great place to ask your question, share experiences and get support.
