Hello everybody,
In two days time this will be the 5th anniversary of losing my dear wife after45 years of happy marriage .
She was stricken with this horrible thing (primary brain tumour) and I only now feel able to freely talk about this.
Hoping to get some form of understanding as there were periods of uncertainty and mis diagnosis right up to her death which made me feel
bitter and confused over her treatment.
Hi teejaybee and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
I'm so sorry to read about the death of your wife from a brain tumour but you've done the right thing reaching out to the community for support.
The online community is divided up into different support groups so I'm going to recommend that you join the bereaved spouses and partners group which is a safe and supportive place for widows and widowers to share feelings and emotional support.
To join just click on the link I've created which will take you straight to the group where you can then join and post in the same way as you did here. You can also join in with existing conversations by clicking on 'reply'.
If you have any difficulty navigating the community just drop me a reply and I'll be pleased to help
