Following a prostatectomy and 33 sessions of radiotherapy, a scan has shown up a tumour and I have been referred for SABR radiotherapy. My complementary practitioner has recommended hyperbaric oxygen treatment to help protect from the effects of the radiotherapy and to enhance its effect.
Can anyone share their experience of hyperbaric oxygen?
I am in Poole in Dorset. Can anyone recommend a good place to go for hyperbaric oxygen treatment?

I have no knowledge of hyperbaric oxygen treatment but as my Consultant Oncologist, Haematologist, Radiologist and Stem Cell Transplant consultants always said “Please pass any complimentary therapies past us as some treatments do reduce the effects of some of our treatments (I have an incurable blood cancer)
