Nervously waiting

Good evening , I am new to the forums and at the moment I am waiting for tests and results of tests .
I am a 58 year old lady who has some confusing symptoms .
I started to experience terrible stomach cramps about 2 years ago . My GP referred me for an ultrasound , luckily it was all clear . The stomach cramps persisted so I was given omeprazole and buscopan . Not much changed until 3 weeks ago My bowel habits changed drastically . I’ve always suffered with constipation but all of a sudden I was living in the toilet . I also have terrible back ache , fatigue and blood on stools . I have had blood tests and now waiting for my FIT test to come back .
Yesterday I had pains in my legs and stomach cramps low down , I am post menopause ( not periods for 15 years ) but I realised I was bleeding . I called my GP who has fast tracked me to the gynae clinic . So I’m not sure if I have problems with bowel and uterus or is one making the other react .
I am besides myself with worry although I’m not a Google trawler .

sorry for the long winded explanation  but I just needed to unload my thoughts
