Hi,
My best friend has just been diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer and we are not yet 30, she has a toddler and a few month old baby. . It is heartbreaking.
We are always there for eachother to lean on, and I want to support her as best as I can throughout this process. The treatment plan is very intense and aggressive and I am terrified of what the next few months will hold, so I can only imagine how she is feeling.
She is superhuman strong and puts that strength out for everyone to see, however I am lucky enough to be her person, and one that she lets the guards down and confides in.
What have any of you found has made you feel the most supported, or the most helpful or uplifting? What can I do for her to ease even the slightest weight? I will do anything I can to help her through this.

Hi and a welcome to the Online Community although I am so sorry to see you joining us and to hear about your friends diagnoses
A cancer diagnosis can be such a stressful and challenging time but when it comes to support there is nothing better than talking with others who are in the same position.
The Community has various support groups (discussion rooms) so can I recommend that you consider joining our supportive Triple negative breast cancer group. This will be a safe place to talk to others who may have a similar diagnosis, treatment experience, to ask questions and talk with others who are supporting family and friends on their treatment pathway.
If you'd like to connect in with a group click on the Green (Bold) link I have created above. Then once the group page opens click on the black banner that says [click to join] at the bottom, or the [Join] button under "Group tools."
You can then introduce yourself by putting up a ‘new post’ by clicking in the box near the top right with + New or + (Depending on the device you are using) and you are ready to go. You could copy and paste the text from this post into your new post.
Give me a shout if you need further help.
Best regards.
