Been referred to breast clinic by gp yesterday he said they always refer any lumps&bumps did sau much really.But it could take up to 2 weeks to receive letter.Anxiey is hit me so badly I'm looking for coping strategies and to talk to anyone in simular situation.
I've never used mindfulness, so I can't make any recommendations, but if you google 'mindfulness' you can take a look at what's on offer. The NHS website has this information about it.

I'm doing well thanks . I've gone away for a few days in our motorhome. We've been walking and sightseeing, all the things I'd have done pre-cancer, so it helps take my mind of things. How are you doing?
