Feeling overwhelmed with the community.

I joined recently but cannot remember what group I joined. I think I have a little brain fug but it seems a little overwhelming at the moment.  I want to post and have posted but don't remember where I posted and can't keep track of what is happening. My husband has the cancer but just as he is getting stronger, the side of my face keeps tensing up.  I have been told it is stress but no one does anything about it.  My GP has referred me to a neurological department but just don't need this at present as it is making it impossible to drive and I must drive my husband.  I can't go down now when there is light at the end of the tunnel.

  • Hi , it can be difficult navigating the community in the early days but I will try and help you.

The Group you posted in was Cancer Chat and this LINK will take you to the discussion you started, click on the link and you can see your post.

If you ever want to find your groups and posts click on 'your' Community name  and this will take you to 'your' part of the community where you can see your posts and groups.

When it comes to the practical and emotional challenges of supporting someone on their cancer journey you may benefit from joining our supportive Carers only group where you will connect with others supporting family and friends.

f you'd like to connect in with a group click on the Green link I have created above. Then once the page opens click on the black banner that says [click to join] at the bottom, or the [Join] button under "Group tools."

You can then introduce yourself by putting up a ‘new post’ by clicking in the box near the top right with + New or + (Depending on the device you are using) and you are ready to go.

Always around if you need further help in navigating the community.
