I have breast cancer and have already had 4 adjunct chemo treatment 2weekly i managed the 1st 3 quite positively but this last one has knocked me for 6 leaving me tired in pain from the constipation feeling sick all the time and just like sitting in the corner and crying so I just wondered if this was normal and will it get better next time round hope some one can give some positive news and that I don't sound touch like a moaning mini

I'm sorry to read how chemotherapy is making you feel and no one here will think that you are a moaning mini.
The online community is divided up into different support groups so I'm going to recommend that you join the breast cancer group which is a great place to ask questions, share experiences and get support from others who have the same type of cancer as you.

The breast cancer group has a dedicated chemotherapy thread which you could take a look through.
It would be great if you could pop something about your diagnosis and treatment so far into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway.
