Hi , I am new to this group . It’s my husband that has high grade lymphoma non Hodgkin’s stage 4, I know he is entitled to free later flow tests, I just wondered am I entitled to free later flow tests as well ?
Hi Daisy2 and welcome to this corner of the Community although I am always sorry to see folks joining us. I am Mike and I help out around our various Lymphoma groups.
I was diagnosed in 1999 with a rare, incurable but treatable type of Skin NHL (CTCL) Stage 4a so although my Lymphoma ‘type’ is different I know this journey rather well.
The availability of LFTs for all family members of someone with Lymphoma is a grey area at the moment. Up in Scotland we are still getting tests but I am sure this will change so we built up a small stock to use in the future,
I always highlight the Lymphoma Action website. Lymphoma Action is a small but very active UK Lymphoma Specific Charity who have lots of good reliable information, videos and run regular Regional Lymphoma Online Support Groups with a few specific groups for carers. They are also running an online discussion on all things Covid so with looking into logging into this Webinar.
