Wife’s Breast cancer came back after 6 years and spread to liver, back, and couple other places . Been 6 months since diagnosis but my poor wife is so scared and stressed that I try all I can to help calm her but sometimes I feel so useless. Is there any councelling I could take her to, to help her? We have a 6 year old and it’s all very heartbreaking

I'm sorry to read that your wife's breast cancer has returned and I can understand what a difficult time this will be for you both.
As the online community is divided up into different support groups I'm going to recommend that you join the secondary breast cancer group which is a great place to ask questions and share experiences about this type of cancer and it's treatment, and also the carers only group which is a safe and supportive place to discuss your emotions and worries with others who have a loved one dealing with cancer.
To join either or both of these groups just click on the links I've created and then choose 'click to join' or 'join' (depending on the device you're using) on the page that opens. You can then introduce yourself and post in the same way as you did here and join in with existing conversations by clicking on 'reply'.
When you feel ready, it would be great if you could pop something about your wife's diagnosis and treatment into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'.
