Hello I'm new to this , I've just been diagnosed with low grade non Hodgkins lymphoma. I have been referred to hospital for radiotherapy. I spoke to doctor on 24th Dec after having a pet scan to confirm where the cancer is ,as its only in one place she wanted me to go for radiotherapy. Can I ask how long does it take to get an appointment for treatment. I'm really anxious and nervous.

Although I had a different type of cancer to you I completely understand what a scary time this is for you.
As the online community is divided up into different support groups I'm going to recommend that you join the non-Hodgkin lymphoma group which is a great place to ask questions, share experiences and get support.

When you feel ready, it would be great if you could pop something about your mum's diagnosis and treatment into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway.
