Hi JK8 welcome to the forum and sorry to hear how worried that you are.
Please DO NOT GOOGLE as it is so generalised you will scare the life out of yourself and may case you to worry about things which are not actually whats happening for you if that makes sense.? Each one of us is individually unique.
You have done exactly the right thing by seeing the GP and also being referred. There is a two week pathway for you to be seen that hopefully means that you wont have long to wait, but with Xmas and New Year falling as they do that may put a delay in the system for you.
The lump under your arm could possibly be a swollen lymph node which could maybe, or maybe not,be connected to the breast lump you can feel. This could turn out to be a cyst or and it is a big if. If it does turn out to be something more, then we will be here with you and for you every step of the way.
Please keep in touch and let us know how you get on as we will be thinking of you. xxxx
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
