I'm really sorry to read that you're struggling with headaches and fatigue since starting on exemestane. have you spoken to your CNS about the side effects you're suffering with?
As you know the online community is divided up into different support groups and I can see that you've already joined the breast cancer group which is a great place to ask questions, share experiences and get support. If you post this question there I'm sure you'd get people willing to share their experiences of this drug with you.
