Any advice on recovery at the end of Breast cancer chemo

I'm glad to hear that you're coming to the end of your treatment but it'll still take time for you to recover both physically and mentally.

I can see that you've already joined and posted in the breast cancer group and I'm sure you'll find it a great place to ask questions, share experiences and get support. 

Another group that you might helpful is the life after cancer group which is a safe and supportive space to discuss things like the physical and emotional after effects of cancer, returning to work, or trying to move on with your life. If you'd like to join just click on the link I've created and then join and post in the same way as you did with the breast cancer group.
