I've just been diagnosed with breast cancer again in my right breast same as before, however this time I have to have a mysectomy due to having radiotherapy before. I also have heart failure so as well as being on Letrozole I now have to go on a new medication for my heart failure. They won't operate until I've been on my new heart tablet for a while, plus I've been told to lose weight. My head is all over the place and my emotions have exploded. Only good thing out if this is that the cancer is contained in the breast and its oestrogen positive
