Hello, I'm new here I've just joined. My dad who is my rock has terminal Melanoma which has spread. They have said he won't see out this year & my heart is broken. I'm really not coping very well & I'm eating my emotions most days.
Hi Budderfly21 and a warm welcome to the online community
I'm very sorry to read about your dad's prognosis and it must be an incredibly hard time for you and your family.
The online community is divided up into different support groups so I'm going to recommend that you join the supporting someone with incurable cancer group which is a safe and supportive place where you can discuss your emotions with others who have someone with an incurable diagnosis.
To join just click on the link I've created and then choose 'click to join' or 'join' (depending on the device you're using) on the page that opens. You can then introduce yourself and post in the same way as you did here and join in with existing conversations by clicking on 'reply'.
If you have any difficulty navigating the community just drop me a reply and I'll be pleased to help.
x
