I have been told All options are available for my prostrate cancer treatment and wondered if this had been the case for many others. How did you decide and do you think you made the right choice? I am in reasonable condition and am 47 years old. My cancer is intermediate and localised to just the prostrate.
Hi edanlad and a very warm welcome to the online community
It can be very difficult when you are faced with treatment choices. I can see that you've already joined the prostate cancer group which is a great place to ask questions, share experiences and get support. I'm sure if you post there the other group members will be happy to share their experiences with you.
It would be great if you could pop something about your diagnosis and treatment into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar pathway. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
If you have any difficulty navigating the community just drop me a reply and I'll be pleased to help.
