Can’t sleep tonight.worrying about a funeral I’m going to on Wednesday xx
Hi and welcome to the Online Community but so sorry to hear about your concerns about going to the funeral on Wednesday.
I obviously don’t know the reason for your worry and how you are connected to the person but my mum died during lock down. I am in the Clinically Extremely Vulnerable group so the whole thing was a challenge as I had been shielded for 9 months but it went ok and even did the eulogy.
It’s always good to talk so why not call the Macmillan Support Services on 0808 808 00 00 - most services are open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week as this service provides lots of cancer information, support or just a listening ear.
Talking with others who are walking the same type of cancer treatment journey can help you navigate this difficult time.
I see you have joined our supportive Breast cancer group, if this is how you are a family members is effected by cancer this group would be a good place to connect with folks who may be on the same cancer treatment pathway.
Always around to help more ((hugs))
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
