Hello, I am new to the group,.

I am 47, mother of 2 boys and a daughter,  step mum to 4 daughters.

I recently married the love of my life only April 21st, I found a breast lump just before we married, got it seen with Dr 6th May, had 2 week wait to be seen in the breast clinic, may 21st where my life felt it fell apart I was diagnosed with grade 3 breast cancer.

Had all the tests done and in 1 week it was then diagnosed stage 3 and aggressive!!

By 23rd June I had my 1st chemo session, I have 1 every weeks for 3 sessions then I get switched to 1 session a week for 12 sessions, then surgery then radiotherapy,  however, I have another MRI Scan tomorrow Wednesday 21st July as the cancer has got bigger and looks like I could possibly have to have surgery sooner rather than later!! Mastectomy and full clearance!!!

I feel every kind of emotion possible, never been so scared in all my life!! I have had the 2nd dose of Chemo! I have been lucky and not suffered the sickness side of things, very slight nausea,  can't sleep think that's the heat and steroids, feel thirsty all the time,  tired but i push myself to do stuff,  I can't sit around doing nothing,

The anxiety I feel is shocking, yes I can put a happy smiling face on for people but inside all I think about is whats next,? What if the chemo isn't working? What if this What if that?? Feel lost..

I am very lucky in the sense I have amazing support around me, lots of love,  but still feel lost, don't always feel I can just scream from the roof tops with my worries and frustration as I don't want people to see me this way... its hard for my husband as he says sitting on the side line watching me go through it!!
