Have just completed a PRRT trial and prior to the last infusion I had my worst period since being diagnosed with a NET.This came as no great surprise to my Consultant as the team of experts who keep an on going watch on NET sufferers had noticed a general deterioration in their patients mental state.I personally felt short tempered, twitchy and generally in the grip of an outside force.Anybody else feel out of control and pretty awful to live with?
Hi
I'm sorry to read how you're feeling after having completed a PRRT trial.
I can see that you've previously posted in the neuroendocrine cancer group which is a great place to connect with others who might have felt like you do after having treatment. You could copy and paste your post from here into a new post there by clicking on the link I've created.
When you have a minute, it would be great if you could pop something about your journey so far into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
