n common with lots of cancer patients I decided that I wouldn’t allow it to take over my life completely. I have tried to book the holiday of a lifetime with Saga Holidays, but they refused to insure me and subsequently several other insurance companies have also refused to accept me or have quoted prohibitively high premiums. They lowest of which is £983 , this is in my opinion much too expensive.
i would be interested to hear other opinions.
Hi Old Al. I think all of us are needing a holiday. It might be a good idea to take at look at the Travel Insurance section - that might give you a few ideas. I don't think I've had a holiday that cost over £900 in the last few years - mind you I don't go abroad nowadays.
Hope that helps, all the best B x

Mrs BJH, thanks for your advice. I did as you said and found the advice i needed, in no time at all I found a company that has insured me for £170.79 ehich is a vast reduction from the figures I had been quoted i.e. £1000 +.
Many thanks for the help and advice.
That's great news, Have a good holiday!
