I've found out today I have invasive lobular breast cancer stage 4. I had no symptoms of breast cancer but I had been suffering with constipation for about 6 months.  Investigations into that have led to my disgnosis and it seems the cancer has spread though lymph nodes and caused a tumour that was pressing on my lower bowel.  Didn't expect it to be breast cancer. Doesn't seem real
