Hi everyone my dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last October he was told they could operate to remove it but sadly it spread to his kidney
he had his first chemotherapy treatment about a month ago now but he got very sick from it things just went down hill so fast until we had to phone for a ambulance he is still in hospital now it’s been nearly 3 weeks he’s got a on going infection, we are able to talk to him on the phone but due to COVID can’t visit he sounds so low and sad and we miss him we know he won’t get better but we just want to be with him and hope his final days won’t be in the hospital alone
trying to find any information from the hospital is very difficult we don’t really know what kind of infection he has all they have said he has a bug in his blood which seems rather vague
we are all struggling to be honest trying to stay strong for him and our mum hopefully we may get him home soon
