I had a major op for bowel cancer last March and as far as I know all is OK. I now have liver cancer and start chemo next week starting with a tube in my arm and chest. I am totally on my own and would like to know how other people on their own have manage, especially in bed at night, or any tips..

A cancer diagnosis brings many questions, lots of confusion and stress but talking with other people who are on the same type of journey will help you navigate this rollercoaster.

It’s always good to talk and the Macmillan Support Services provides lots of information, support, financial guidance or just a listening ear.
