Hi , I was diagnosed stage 4a ovarian cancer late 2018 and went into remission March this year . I’ve just been told I’ve now got cancer in my lymph nodes and I’m starting chemo again next week. Just feeling a bit lost at the moment.... I know stage 4a isn’t curable but I didn’t expect it to come back this quick ! X
