Hi all,
I am the eldest of four girls. My second eldest sister was diagnosed with thyroid cancer 5 years ago. She is still under close observations to get her meds right.
Last October my dear mum was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer. November she has full debulking op and started Chemo in December. She was told there was no evidence of the cancer in June. 2 weeks ago we have been told it is back but in new places (Duodenum, lymph nodes around heart, very small bits near pancreas, liver and spleen) all very small but still there.
Today my baby sister has been told she has cancer of the womb (39).
What the hell is happening? How is this possible? I feel so broken and lost. Just don’t know what to do. How to support everyone?
Didnt think this year could get any worse. Heartbroken.
