Sleep during treatment can be a mystery at times. I also had breathing issues due to me cancer presentation so was advised to put blocks under the head end legs of our bed and add an extra pillow and it did help.
A cancer diagnosis can bring a lot of confusion, stress and many questions but talking with other people who are on the same type of journey can help a lot.
This Community is organised into various support groups. Our first list is for our Cancer specific Groups. The second list is for our various our Cancer experience groups where you will connect with others walking the treatment journey both as patient or family.

It’s always good to talk and the Macmillan Support Services provides lots of information, support or just a listing ear.
