Hi,

This morning I was informed that I have stomach cancer - Adenocarcinoma. Feeling really upset. Been referred to UCH and on Monday the consultants have a meeting to discuss my case to agree on the best way to remove the tumour.

I have a 7 and 10 year old daughters. Feeling really low.

Has anyone gone through this?

Any help is appreciated.

    Hi There,

in June this year I was diagnosed with Urachal Adenocarcinoma.

My tumour was removed in July and then in October I had a major Op where my Urachus and half my bladder was removed.

where about a in the stomach is your Tumour and have they discussed any Ops with you yet.

I totally get how your feeling as I’m 36, married with three kids 7, 5 and 2.
I’m a copper and thought that I was untouchable as I’ve never been ill or in hospital until this diagnosis.

in terms of help I can tell you what I’ve gone through treatment wise ect but I’m guessing it depends on where your tumour is.
