Hi everyone had my first chemotherapy 12 hours ago. Got a headache think it might be stress or could it be a side effect. Would it be ok to take paracetamol do you know. Thanks for any advice

Headaches unfortunately are part of the deal. It could well be from the chemo but yes, I could also be the stress of it all.
I was allowed to take paracetamol but you always need to ensure that when doing this you are not hiding any infections as paracetamol does reduce your temperature.
If it does not go away call your chemo line or your specialist nurse just to check in with them,
A cancer diagnosis brings a lot of confusion, stress and many questions but talking with other people who are on the same type of journey helps a lot.
