A cancer diagnosis brings a lot of confusion, stress and many questions but talking with other people who are on the same type of journey helps a lot so you may want to start in our Head and neck cancer group as this is the place where you will connect with others walking the treatment journey both as a patient or family.

Its always good to talk and the Macmillan Support Services provides lots of information, support or just a listing ear.

Take it with a pinch of salt.....please. There is light at the end of the tunnel but it is a rough ride. Not everybody felt as horrid as I did. Lots of people while not actually sailing through it make a better fist of coping. I'm a real coward
