Hi Everyone.
Never used a site like this before but I can see that we're all on our own journeys.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in September and it's all been a bit of a whirlwind since especially with everything else that's going on too. So much information to take in, talk about brain overload !! I have had my surgery and now await my chemo which starts on Monday. I could think of better things I would like to be doing on a Monday morning but ........
Cannot praise my GP and the Breast Unit at Aintree Hospital enough for all the care and support they have given me.
Loads of special hugs to everyone. xx Take it a day at a time xx
Hi FDSC9 welcome to the forum and glad that at least the surgery part is past for you. It is such a whirlwind and you don't have time always to process whats being said or whats going on so if there is anything that you are unsure of or need more information about dont be afraid to ask them.
I am insert a link to the breast cancer forum for you which if you click should take you straight there and there are lots of lovely folks on there who are going through the same and will understand completely. They are also a source of great support and information for you so please do pop in and chat away.
Good luck with the rest of the treatment.
