I have had resection surgery for cancer if the rectum in March and have a ‘stoma’ Was hoping to have reversed but now told that scan shows reoccurrence and referred to oncologists for chemo. Was told the surgery was a success and no c cells showed in biops

Looking for advice on diet that won’t affect the management of ‘stoma’
