Hi there everyone, it is my first visit here and would like some advice please

I have had 4 sessions of chemo and I have had a very good response. Today I have had a meeting about debulking surgery, I was surprised I needed it as after my last scan I was told my cancer decreased considerably and my t markers have gone from 1381 to 19 and my tumour from 10cms to 5cms. After the initial shock I was asked to decide if I wanted it or not. Do members think I should have the surgery? I am scared about the surgery. Any experiences and advice will be appreciated.

Thanks xx
