I was diagnosed 12 years ago with a rare cancer ACC in my right tear gland had to have my eye removed and radiotherapy.

At the beginning of lockdown I had to get a lump checked and it came back as ACC again, secondary to my eye, CT/MRI has shown 6 mets in 5 places.

I am getting radiotherapy next Friday to one on my brain, then hopefully couple weeks later an operation to remove the lump as it has grown back, the other 4 they are not treating just now as they are not causing me any problems..  To the outside world I am strong and positive but inside I sometimes feel so lonely and empty.

What do others do to pick themselves up when they are feeling low?
