My husband has been given a terminal diagnosis after being told he has an aggressive grade neuroendocrine carcinoma.
Have been passed from pillar to post For the three weeks since diagnosis with no offer of treatment in place other than the attention of the palliative team.
Finally have an appointment next week. Does anyone else feel abandoned by the system? In a time when we feel desperate and shell shocked does anyone else feel like there just isn’t continuity of care and nobody is doing anything to treat the cancer, just pain killers and potions to alleviate some of the symptoms.

A terminal cancer diagnosis indeed brings a lot of confusion, stress and many questions but I found talking with other people who are on the same type of journey helped a lot.
