Hi, I am a 68 year old grandma bringing up my two grandaons. I lost my 43 year old son to MND 16 months ago and now care for his children. I was diagnosed with terminal cancer a few days ago and am looking for some support and guidance. I'm not sure how to use this group and any advice would be great. Thank You xx
