sorry to hear your news, however going forward I would check out the head and neck cancer group as its a great source of knowledge, people are brill and really helpful with tips and support .
spent a lot of time there myself in the last year and it always put me in a better frame of mind after I'd spoke to people in the same boat so to speak.
