Hi all, I am posting this on behalf of my mum. She was diagnosed with breast cancer almost 3 years ago. She has recovered successfully and is 12months since treatment. Over the past 9-12 months she has noticed in her right thigh (this is where she had the herceptin injection) that a solid line under the skin has appeared (almost like a muscle spasm but not across her thigh) she has a couple of other hard lumps developing to in the area. She doesn't want to go to the doctors or ring her clinic etc. As she is too scared of what they might say and has had enough of hospitals and treatment she says. But I am worried as she won't know what it is if she doesn't go.....does anyone have any idea of what it could be? I will keep trying to get her to go as it worries me also.
