Hi, I have just been diagnosed with colorectal cancer. Dont know how bad it is as still need scans which arent been done till the end of the month. How do people cope with the waiting.
Sorry you find yourself in this situation! The waiting is the worst as you don’t know what you are dealing with! I have been through this twice and found some things helped me through it. Avoid Google as a lot is out of date and statistics don’t help! I had Stage3 Colon Cancer 12 years ago ! I found keeping busy helped and focusing on positive stories. There were lots on this Forum and so many people helped me. I used Headspace app a great help for the bad days and nights! There are people on this Forum who are living with Stage 4 cancer. Once you have a treatment plan it is easier!
